16-1514 Adoption by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 1516-0249,- Award of Bid and Construction Contract between the District and Ray's Electric, Oakland, CA for the latter to provide optimize DDC control sequence to optimize start of sequence of boilers and package units, delamp existing lights in existing portables 1,2 and 3, remove existing exterior lights and replace with new LED bi-level lighting, in conjunction with the Madison Park Academy Upper Campus Prop 39 Lighting Upgrade Project, commencing June 22, 2016 and concluding no later than December 1, 2016, in the amount of $175,000.00, as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. The work will be conducted in one (1) phase, contract duration of (53) calendar days.
