16-0917 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and First Alarm Security & Patrol, San Jose, CA, for the latter to provide additional hours of service as needed, to respond to District alarms, as well as provide services specified on District holidays, as outlined in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in an amount not to exceed $15,000.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Contract from $165,000.00 to $180,000.00, for the term July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
