16-1157 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the District and Eagle Village Community Center Youth and Family Services, Inc., Oakland CA, for the latter to provide additional services for diverse afterschool program with a variety of academic, enrichment, and recreational offerings, including sports at Westlake Middle School, for the period of July 1, 2015 through August 19, 2016, in the amount of $6,546.73, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $111,807.00 to $118,353.73. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
