16-1116 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Individual Service Agreement of the Master Memorandum of Understanding between the District and the Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide its Option A-Lead Agency Unit for Elementary School to provide Intervention, Physical Fitness, Enrichment, Leadership and Family Literacy Activities to approximately 93 students at Reach Academy, for the period of July 1, 2015 through August 19, 2016, in the amount of $4,455.00, increasing the ISA not to exceed amount from $93,779.00 to $98,234.00. All other terms and conditions of the ISA/MMOU remain in full force and effect.
