16-0931 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Norman Bailiff, Oakland, CA, for the latter to (1) advise the Principal about the management of the school's financial resources in a way that supports the achievement of the school's instructional goals; (2) advise the Principal about alternative solutions to the difficult managerial issues that he confronts in administering the school; and (3) inform the Principal about a wide range of District policies and procedures pertinent to the decisions he must make, at McClymonds High School, for the term July 13, 2015 through June 17, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $16,500.00.
