16-0921 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Norman Bailiff, Oakland, CA, for the latter to (1) advise the principal about the management of the school's financial resources in a way that supports the achievement of the school's instructional goals, (2) advise the principal about alternative solutions to difficult managerial issues she confronts and (3) inform the principal about a wide range of district policies and procedures pertinent to the decisions she must make in managing the school, at Ralph Bunche Continuation School, for the term August 24, 2015 through June 09, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $4,200.00.
