16-1094 Approval by the Board of Education of an Independent Contractor Agreement for Professional Services between the District and SCA Environmental, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide hazardous materials consulting services including survey, sampling, testing, specifications, review work plan and clearance samples for the kitchen equipment upgrade and seismic retrofit of the multi-purpose room, in conjunction with the Sankofa at Washington Expansion - New Construction Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing May 25, 2016 and concluding no later than December 31, 2018, in an amount not-to exceed $4,190.00.
