16-0628 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Kathleen Buschman, Alameda, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 71.5 hours of service with school staff to design and implement supplemental instructional programs for identified students, in Reading Language Arts and Mathematics; conduct an annual informational meeting about the Title I Program for all affected parents; and confer with parents of identified students, as needed, throughout the Program duration, at Saint Martin dePorres School, via the Office of Partnership Accountability, for the term September 14, 2015 through June 30, 2016, in an additional amount not to exceed $3,600.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $2,450.00 to $6,050.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
