16-0821 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 between the District and SlimGim Designs, Richmond, CA, for the latter to continue to provide graphic design support to District's Communications and Public Affairs Department including the Parent Guide, work plan updates and other projects as needed, in an additional amount not to exceed $20,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $35,000.00 to $55,000.00 and extending the Contract term of March 1, 2016 through February 29, 2016 to June 30, 2016. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
