16-0695 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Contract between the District and Soccer Without Borders, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional hours of service to the end of the fiscal year, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, in the additional amount of $35,700.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $1,000.00 to $36,700.00 and extending the term of the Contract from September 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015 to June 30, 2016. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
