Davis, Department of Student Affairs and its Sacramento Area Youth Speaks, with the latter, adding the Project Objectives - Community Empowerment, 8th Annual SAYS Summit College Day May 2016, primarily for the Office of African-American Male Achievement, as described in Exhibit "A" of the Amendment, in the additional amount of $41,200.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $41,200;00 to $82,400.00 and extending the term of the Agreement from February 11, 2015 through June 30, 2015 to June 30, 2016. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
