16-0599 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Refugee Transitions, San Francisco, CA, for the later to provide additional services hours for up to 40 newly resettled refugee and asylee students at Roosevelt Middle School and Bret Harte Middle School, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in the additional amount of $37,500.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $1,000.00 to $38,500.00 and extending the term of the Contract from September 1, 2015 to June 20, 2016 to June 30, 2016, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
