16-1033 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment II to the Facilities Use Agreement Between the District and Urban Montessori Charter School For Use of the Sherman Campus located at 5428 Brann Street, Oakland, CA, extending the Agreement for an additional three years, July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2019, with the Facilities Use Fee for School Year 2016-2017, being $114,901.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
