16-0883 Approval by the Board of Education of Agreement for Architectural Services between District and Verde Design, Santa Clara, CA, for the latter to provide Design Services for new playground, including Construction Documentation, Bid Administration, Construction Services and Close-out, for new play structure, shade structure, basketball court, striping, and slurry coat in conjunction with the Bella Vista Portable Removal Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing on May 25, 2016 and concluding no later than May 25,2017 in an amount not to exceed $48,780.00.
