16-0867 Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Contractor Agreement for Professional Services between District and AEKO Consulting, Oakland, CA, for the latter to furnish and install three different security systems at different locations on the Frick Campus, one at the main entrance to the school, one at the health center and one in the multipurpose room in conjunction with the Frick Intensive Support Site Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing on May 11, 2016 and concluding no later than September 10, 2016 in an amount not to exceed $10,147.00.
