16-0864 Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and Simplex Grinnell, Livermore, CA, for the latter to provide supervision to the electrical contractor and /or low-voltage installer of the fire alarm system components during the critical path periods during all phases, in conjunction with the Madison Expansion New Construction Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing on May 11, 2016 and shall conclude no later than February 5, 2018 in an amount not to exceed $16,800.00.
