16-0862 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Contract for Repairs, Maintenance or Small Construction Projects between District and Allied Fire Protection, Oakland, CA, for the latter to furnish and install steel plates over the open trench during the installation of the new fire sprinkler fire line to the school, in conjunction with the Various Repair Fire Alarm (Hoover Elementary School) Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in an additional amount not to exceed $6,184.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $40,000.00 to $46,184.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
