16-0751 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Sarah Bruschi, Lafayette, CA, for the latter to describe and audit current District transcript technology, staffing and procedures for both transcript data in and data out, describe variable, cost-effective recommendation for central transcript technology (digital records), staffing and procedures, describe potential steps and timeline to go from current District system to recommended systems, learn from other urban districts, i.e. Fresno, West Contra Costa, Mount Diablo, Berkeley, and San Francisco to see how they are organized and how to approach this work, advise on proper procedures for transcript (data out) as well as assist in the development of forms e.g. online, paper, in-person, assist in the interview process to ensure appropriate candidate is selected as District Registrar, assist is training of District Registrar to ensure policies and procedures are implemented, via the Office of Post-Secondary Readiness, for the term January 11, 2016 through April 29, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00.
