16-0661 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Kusum Crimmel, Oakland, CA, decreasing the amount of Contract for services by $45,658.00, from $49,809.60 to $4,150.80, at Oakland Technical High School, for the period of August 17, 2015 through June 30, 2016. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
