16-0666 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and Anthonio, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Division of State Architect (DSA) inspections for all construction activities, including the Fire Hydrant installation in conjunction with the Madison Portable Installation Project, extending the Agreement date of March 27, 2013 through September 25, 2015 to September 25, 2016. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
