16-0664 Approval by the Board of Education of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Contractor Agreement for Professional Services between District and Anthonio, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Inspector of Record (IOR) services, in conjunction with the Garfield, Maxwell Park, and Parker Elementary Schools Restrooms Renovation Project, extending the Agreement date of April 8, 2015 through February 28, 2016 to December 31, 2016. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
