16-0663 Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and PLS Surveys, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a detailed topographic and underground utility locations survey, in conjunction with the Piedmont Finishing Kitchen Upgrade Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing on March 23, 2016 and shall conclude no later than December 31, 2016 in an amount not to exceed $27,810.00.
