16-0656 Approval by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 1516-0163 - Award of Bid and Construction Contract between District and Redgwick Construction, Oakland, CA, for the latter, as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder and rejecting all other bids, if any, to provide Burbank Elementary School Accessibility Improvements including, but not limited to upgrade to girls' and boys' restrooms for accessibility to include plumbing, fixtures and accessories; staff restroom remodel for accessibility upgrade including new flooring, relocation of fixtures and toilet room accessories pursuant to Scope of Work in Exhibit "A", with the work to be completed within 130 consecutive Calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed, but concluding no later than August 24, 2016, in the amount of $1,747,750.00.
