16-0682 Ratification by Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Professional Services Contract between District and Peter Mummert, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide 142.86 additional hours of working with Office of Accountability Partners to develop and maintain tools to track, monitor, analyze, and report data; summarize public, non-public and central sites to better inform decision making related to both internal and external departmental processes and procedures; collect and input data for public and non-public schools as part of the preparation for a multitude of reporting requirements; develop macros, spreadsheets and presentations documents as requested by the Office of Accountability Partners Director and Coordinators for individual projects including budget development, program improvement, school accountability report card and private school management, for the term July 15, 2015 through June 30, 2016, in an additional amount not to exceed $10,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $ $71,676.97 to $81,676.97.
