16-0570 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement between the District and Van Der Hout, Brigagliano & Nightingale, LLP, for the latter to provide additional legal services relating to preparing and filing for permanent resident visas for the individuals that the District designates. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in effect, including the expiration of the Agreement on 6/30/17 and that costs of the Agreement will not exceed $30,000.00 in any fiscal year.
