16-0548 Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Contractor Agreement for Professional Services between District and ACC Environmental Consultants, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an Asbestos Survey and Report, asbestos and lead removal work plan, project management and air testing and close out documentation, in conjunction with the Manzanita Elementary School Boiler Replacement Project , more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing February 3, 2016 and concluding no later than December 31, 2016 in an amount not to exceed $14,500.00.
