16-0392 Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and East Oakland Youth Development Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide school day sports and health enrichment to all students through structured fitness activities and health lessons including nutrition, exercise, and SEL activities (meditation, stretching, reflection on sportsmanship), as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth at Futures Elementary School, for the term of August 24, 2015 through June 9, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00.
