16-0381 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Michael Sullivan, Riverbank, CA, for the latter to provide up to date maintenance of all software applications on all computers (current and new) installed in classrooms and computer lab, and 8 chrome books carts; provide technical assistance and ensure that teachers with Promethean Smart Boards have uninterrupted access to computer/software to deliver instruction; keep open communication with OUSD Technical Services for software and equipment specs and requirements to keep school's technology operating 24/7 without interruption; provide assistance to staff to operate and maintain sound, visual and light system during school assemblies, staff, parents and community meetings; and provide assistance on site during weekends with 24 hours advance notice at Castlemont High School, for the term January 1, 2016 through June 30, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $35,000.00.
