16-0389 Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Contractor Agreement for Professional Services between District and SCA Environmental, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide services for the CCPA at Havenscourt Science Classroom and Labs Project which includes; bulk asbestos, lead-based paint and PCB surveys, chemical inventory and evaluations, and abatement monitoring (including oversight and clearance report and a 15% continguency allowance), in conjunction with the Havenscourt CCPA Science Classroom and Labs Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing on March 9, 2016 and concluding no later than December 1, 2016 in an amount not to exceed $10,482.25.
