16-0385 Approval by the Board of Education of Agreement for Architectural Services between District and Byrens Kim Design Works, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide implementation design of Prop 39 projects - Retrofit 496 fluorescent classroom light fixtures with new in Classroom Building C; Retrofit light fixtures in Student Cafeteria (as specified); Replace 42 HID lights at gym with new LED fixtures with integrated occupancy sensors; and Provide new daylight control at building F corridor and the interior portion of loading dock in conjunction with the Oakland High School Lighting Project more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing March11, 2016 and concluding December 31, 2016 in an amount not to exceed $44,200.00.
