16-0383 Approval by the Board of Education of Agreement for Architectural Services between District and Byrens Kim Design Works, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide implementation design of Prop 39 projects - Replace existing fluorescent fixtures in gym with new LED fixtures with integrated occupancy sensor. (±20 fixtures); Install daylight sensors and controls for gym lighting; and Retrofit existing ventilation system serving multipurpose room to provide demand control ventilation; system shall include new VFD, C02 sensors, and related control equipment, in conjunction with the Montera Middle School Lighting Upgrades - Prop 39 Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing March 11, 2016 and concluding December 31, 2016 in an amount not to exceed $19,500.00.
