16-0338 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement for Maintenance Services between District and Star Elevator, San Carlos, CA, for the latter to provide additional On-call services for elevator and wheelchair life breakdowns and repairs in conjunction with the Division of Facilities Planning and Management, in an additional amount not to exceed $120,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $220,000.00 to $340,000.00 and extending the Agreement term of January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015 to June 30, 2016. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
