16-0351 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and the Oakland Education Fund, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional support and video production to KDOL - TV and the District's Communications Department, in an additional amount not to exceed $28,000.00, increasing the Contact not to exceed amount from $10,000.00 to $38,000.000 and extending the term of the Contract from December 1, 2015 through February 29, 2016 to June 30, 2016. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
