16-0175 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement for Architectural Services between District and Urban Design Consulting Engineers, Oakland, CA, for the latter to include the revised scope which was changed from a limited pavement repair improvement project to include comprehensive site access and restroom access improvements as required under legal settlement in conjunction with the Burbank Asphalt Paving Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $208,395.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $107,375.00 to $315,770.00 and extending the Contract date of January 28, 2015 through December 31, 2015 to December 31, 2016. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
