16-0174 Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Contractor Agreement for Professional Services between District and KW Engineering, Oakland, CA, for the latter to develop or review District's requirement for project; design documents for bidding; commissioning plan and specifications development; commissioning plan and submittal review; construction checklist; functioning test writing and execution; and seasonal testing and near warranty end review, in conjunction with the Madison Expansion - New Construction Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing February 10, 2016 and concluding no later than September 1, 2019 in an amount not to exceed $137,363.00.
