16-0173 Approval by the Board of Education of Contract for Repairs, Maintenance or Small Construction Projects between District and United Mechanical Incorporated, Petaluma, CA, for the latter to Time and Material Service Work for all OUSD Schools, in conjunction with the Division of Facilities Planning and Management (Building & Grounds Zone 2), more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing December 9, 2015 and concluding no later than February 26, 2016 in an amount not to exceed $45,000.00.
