16-0171 Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Contractor Agreement for Professional Services between District and AON Fire Protection Engineering Corp., San Ramon, CA, for the latter to provide review of fire and intrusion alarm construction drawings at 90% submittal; attend pre-construction meeting and pre-pull meeting; perform observations during construction, during conduit rough-in and during fire and intrusion device installation and witness the final acceptance test of the fire alarm and intrusion systems, in conjunction with the Sankofa at Washington Expansion Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing January 27, 2016 and concluding no later than December 31, 2017 in an amount not to exceed $14,980.00.
