15-2358 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Sylvan Learning Centers, Piedmont, CA, for the latter to provide summer intervention with a 10:1 ratio, with Sylvan trained teachers, and Sylvan developed materials for 100 students at Lafayette Elementary School, with services provided as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the term July 1, 2015 through August 1, 2015, in an amount not to exceed $37,500.00.
