15-2286 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Margy Salguera, San Pablo, CA, for the latter to provide additional hours to serve foster youth, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in the additional amount of $20,000.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Contract from $26, 250.00 to $46,250.00 and extending the term of the Contract from August 25, 2015 to March 15, 2016 to June 30, 2016, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
