15-2487 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Lease Agreement between District and Mobile Modular Management Corp., Livermore, CA, for the latter to provide portable restroom building to serve the site for eight (8) months during construction in conjunction with the Whittier (Greenleaf) Expansion - New Construction Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $34,414.80, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $252.620.00 to $287,034.80. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
