15-2484 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Independent Contractor Agreement for Professional Services between District and AON Fire Protection and Engineering, San Ramon, CA, to cover cost of additional supervision during testing of the fire alarm system during the construction period of the project in conjunction with the Metwest Educational Center Phase 2 Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $1,269.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $13,065.00 to $14,334.00 and extending the Contract term of June 26, 2013 through June 30, 2015 to December 31, 2015. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
