15-2481 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 5, Independent Contractor Agreement for Professional Services between District and Terraphase Engineering, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to collect six soil samples and analyze for PCBs and total lead, following the demolition of the Foster Building in conjunction with the Foster Central Commissary Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $2,713.20, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $284,371.00 to $287,084.20. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
