73 15-2420 Approval by the Board of Education of Corrected Amendment No. 2 Lease Agreement between the District and Emery Unified School District for the Lease of the former Santa Fe Elementary School Site at 915- 54th Street, Oakland, CA, correcting the Lease to make it clear that that the Lease is extended to June 1, 2016 and that if there is any holdover after June 1, 2016, Emery will pay a $5,000 per day penalty and authorizing the District to commence work necessary to ready the site for Glenview Elementary School at Santa Fe during the extended term.
