Program, Oakland, CA, a Non-Profit Organization, for the latter to provide support at named schools to young African American men to develop leadership and critical thinking skills; promote academic excellence; and to reduce the high rate of incarceration and homicide of young African American males, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the term July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2020, at no cost to the District.
