26 15-2302 Approval by the Board of Education of Contract for Repairs, Maintenance, or Small Construction between District and Arntz Builders, Inc., Novato, CA, for the latter to provide emergency temporary shoring to two exterior stairways; install wood framing and plywood panels; paint plywood exterior and top edges; and drill and epoxy 3/4" diameter anchor bolts at Cole Elementary School Site, in conjunction with the Foster Central Commissary (PEC Move) Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing December 16, 2015 and concluding no later than November 18, 2016 in an amount not to exceed $36,691.60.
