25 15-2301 Approval by the Board of Education of Agreement for Architectural Services between District and Byrens Kim Design Works, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide architectural and engineering services for the boiler and mechanical replacements including site analysis, schematic design, construction documents, Division of State Architect review and approval, in conjunction with the Manzanita Elementary School Boiler Replacement Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing December 16, 2015 and concluding no later than December 30, 2016 in an amount not to exceed $44,950.00.
