24 15-2300 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and Professional Services Industries, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional geotechnical consultation as required to address California Geological Survey (CGS) comments; prepare a geotechnical overview of the project area, site topographic information and surface conditions in conjunction with the Kaiser Finishing Kitchen Upgrade Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $7,500.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $11,278.00 to $18,778.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
