15-2184 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement for Architectural Services between District and Verde Design, Santa Clara, CA, for the latter to provide design services for the tennis court replacement, including new netting, poles, and asphalt surfacing in conjunction with the Skyline High School Turf Field Replacement Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $32,230.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $195,000.00 to $227,230.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
