15-2237 Approval by the Board of Education of the Amendment to the Agreement between the District and the Seville Group, a California corporation, dba SGI Construction Management, to provide program management services for Measure B and J capital projects for the Facilities Planning and Management Department for one year for the extended term from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016, with the District issuing an RFP for construction management services no later than December 18, 2015, with an award of contract no later than March 1, 2016, and if necessary, the District and SGI shall jointly develop a Transition Plan to be implemented between March 1, 2016 and November 1, 2016.
