15-2173 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and California School-Based Health Alliance, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide: 1. Project Coordination for Youth Wellness Champion Focus Area: 2. Plan, prepare for and lead no more than 3, 2-hour trainings on youth engagement, program facilitation, community based participatory research, and developing health advocacy campaigns; 3. Provide 1 training to each of the 5 youth leadership groups; and 4. Provide technical assistance to support year end reports and presentations from each side, for the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of September 9, 2015 through June 30, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $6,000.00.
